One of the big contributors to email trust is the combination of who the email is from and what the subject line is.

These two emails have the same content but what is different between the two is a perfect example of how you can build better trust by controlling what you send.
In this case I have to choose between an email from some fellow named ‘FeedBlitz’ and a character named Gary Vaynerchuk. Now I know who Gary V is but I may not know he uses FeedBlitz to send his messages.
Make sure you take a look the emails that you send out.
Do they look like they came from a real person or are you advertising for Feedblitz?
